Colorif.ai is a digital service that transforms user-uploaded images into coloring book pages using artificial intelligence. We offer digital PDF downloads of custom coloring books created from your uploaded images.

• Digital PDF generation and delivery
• Secure payment processing through third-party processors
• Temporary cloud storage for processing purposes

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Image Content

You are solely responsible for the images you upload. You warrant that:

• You own the copyright to all uploaded images or have proper authorization
• Images do not contain illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Images do not infringe on third-party rights
• Images comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3.2 Prohibited Content

You may not upload images containing:

• Copyrighted material without permission
• Adult, sexual, or explicit content
• Violence, hate speech, or discriminatory content
• Personal information of others without consent
• Spam, malicious code, or harmful content

4. Payment and Pricing

Our pricing is based on the number of pages in your coloring book:

• Small (1-10 pages): $2.99
• Medium (11-20 pages): $4.99
• Large (21-50 pages): $9.99

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. Payment is required before PDF delivery. All sales are final - no refunds are provided once the PDF has been delivered.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of your uploaded images. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your images solely for the purpose of creating your coloring book.

5.2 Generated Content

The coloring book pages generated from your images are provided for your personal use. You may print and use them for non-commercial purposes.

5.3 Our Intellectual Property

The Colorif.ai service, including but not limited to the website, technology, algorithms, and branding, are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Data Storage and Processing

Your uploaded images are temporarily stored in secure cloud storage for processing purposes only. We automatically delete processed images and generated PDFs after a reasonable period unless required for customer support or legal compliance.

We do not store payment information - all payment data is securely handled by our third-party payment processors.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Colorif.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Privacy

10. Termination
